Why won’t items stay in my cart after I add them?

For items to “stick” to the cart after you add them, you need to be logged into your account. If you are logged in to your account and this is still happening, make sure you are using the www. version of the site (www.kimsjewels.com instead of kimsjewels.com). Also clear your browser cache.

Why won’t my order go through when I click “Place Order?”

You must click the red X next to “I have read and accept the terms & conditions.” It is located at the bottom of the checkout page.

How do I enter my coupon code to receive a discount?

On the checkout page there will be a box above your order where you can enter the coupon code to calculate the discount. Make sure you do this before you proceed with checkout. If you would like to be notified of when I offer new coupon codes, please subscribe to the newsletter (located at the bottom of the home page).

I forgot to enter my coupon, can I still get the discount?

Unfortunately once checkout is complete the coupon cannot be added, but you can use your coupon on your next order as long as it is still valid. You may also request an order cancellation and place a new order with the coupon code entered.

Where do I leave a note about my stone preferences?

On the checkout page where you enter your billing and shipping address, there is a box under the “Ship to different address?” header that says “Order Notes.”

How do I return or exchange an item?

Do you offer wholesale?

No, but I offer a 10% discount on purchases of 20 or more items at one time. Contact me before placing the order to receive a 10% off coupon code.

How to I get my ring size?

What kind of silver do you use?

I use solid 925 sterling silver on everything.

I don’t wear silver jewelry, do you offer gold?

I do keep a supply of 14K gold-filled wire for special requests. If you have a preference for gold please contact me for a quote.

Where do you get your “Stone Properties” info?

On this site, my eBay shop, and Etsy store, all Metaphysical Property references are derived from Kristi Huggins of The Handy Little Crystal Reference Guide (formerly MoonCave Crystals). For more information about specific stones’ properties please refer to Kristi’s site. She is THE lady I go to when I have any questions about crystals or gemstones. We’ve been working together for years and she’s the best!
