Info & Jewelry Care
This page is designed to give you a little bit more info about the jewelry I make, and my business in general. I have been making jewelry to sell online since 1999. I started out with ebay and have expanded to other venues, most of which are listed on the home page of this site. If you would like to know more about my jewelry work, please skip down to my credentials.

I make all of my jewelry myself using sterling silver wire and a variety of gemstones, glass, shells, bone, and other materials. I don't use solder in my work; everything is created through bending wire with my hands or with tools. I make jewelry that you can wear everyday and in some cases with the rings, never take them off. I can attest to this personally, having made a cabochon ring for myself in 2004 and wearing it 24/7. It only comes off when it needs to, and I have yet to repair this ring! Just a little scrub every once in a while does the trick.

For cleaning your jewelry I recommend using an old toothbrush and dab of toothpaste, brush the silver and rinse well. For a high shine follow up with a Sunshine polishing cloth (can be purchased online).

A couple things I do not recommend for gemstone jewelry care:
Liquid jewelry cleaner or "dip," this cleaner will strip some stone's resin polish.
Salt water cleaning, unless you are using the "no contact" method and are certain that salt will not damage your stone.

If you have any questions about jewelry info or care that isn't covered above please don't hesitate to
contact me!

You may be prompted to enter certain info during the ordering process like sizes, colors, etc. If you need any assistance or have any questions about this, please email me and I will do my best to help you.

If you prefer to order through email, please
email me with the description of the item(s) (you can copy and paste directly from the site), and size if applicable. Also include which method of payment you will be using (paypal or money order), your name, and your shipping address. Payment Methods
I accept Paypal and WePay, and also accept credit cards directly through these sites.

I also accept postal money orders (in US funds). Please inquire if you would like to send a money order and I can give the details.

Shipping Info
There is no charge for shipping in the US; that's right, FREE SHIPPING! Priority is $5.00 per order. If you are interested in Priority shipping please inquire.

Internationally I ship using First Class International for $4.00, and Priority International for $19.95 - $23.95 depending on location. If you are interested in Priority International please inquire.

I ship using a kraft bubble mailer or small white box. I ship USPS daily. Buyer will be notified by email when an order has shipped.

Orders over $50 are automatically insured. I aim to cover every order against loss or damage by the USPS. Proof of electronic non-delivery is required to be fully covered in the event of loss by the post office.  I ship using delivery confirmation so proof of non-delivery would be available online using the tracking number.

Insurance does not cover specific circumstances in which there is electronic proof of delivery but customer claims non-delivery. I cannot call the post office about customer's mail. This specific situation would be between the buyer and their post office.

Expected shipping times:
Your order will ship within 1-3 days after I receive the payment. If you pay through Paypal using an "e-check", shipment will be upon receipt of cleared e-check. USPS usually delivers in a week or less. First Class International takes 2-4 weeks delivery time.

Warranty Info
All items are covered with a lifetime warranty. If your item breaks, bends, if beads crack, or if the item is damaged in any way that does not involve bead loss, I will repair or replace it free of charge. If the item breaks and there is bead loss, I will work out repairing or replacing the item at a reduced cost, depending on the extent of bead loss.  If for some reason the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued. Custom work is covered under warranty but is non-refundable.

Original item must be returned in advance to be considered for warranty.

***Warranty does not cover return shipping outside the US.***

Returns & Exchanges
I understand that in the normal business process there will be returns and exchanges. Hopefully you will not need to, but if you do I have a few basic tips for ensuring a speedy response with your return or exchange. These policies also apply to all eBay and Etsy purchases, and both sites have been linked to the returns and exchanges policy located here. If you are uncertain about anything regarding returns or exchanges, please contact me and I will help you.

Items MUST be in unworn condition when returning to receive a full refund.
If you purchase an item that you are not happy with because of aesthetic or any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement of either the same item or one of equal value, or you may also choose a credit of the cost of the item for a future purchase. I understand some things are not for everyone, so please let me know if you do not like your item.

Please
contact me if you are returning or exchanging; don't send anything back until I know it's on the way. I have a very simple set of instructions.  I am more efficient with returns and exchanges if I know about them in advance :)

If you purchased an "any size" ring or bracelet in the wrong size, or received an "any size" ring or bracelet as a gift in the wrong size size, contact me about exchanging for the correct size. Items must be in unworn condition. There is no charge for this service, but this does not include "heavy wrap" cabochon rings. There is an $8-$10 fee for wrapped band or heavy wrap cabochon rings to be remade in a different size.

If you purchased a "sized" ring from ebay it cannot be resized. No-charge resizing only applied to the "any size" rings where you choose your ring size from the drop-down list. Sized rings are still eligible for returns and exchanges.

International shipping charges and Domestic Priority shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges, both ways.

The buyer pays all return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

There is a $4 return shipping fee for exchanges on International orders only.

Giveaway Rings are not eligible for exchange or resizing.

Custom Work
Do you have a stone you have always wanted made into a pendant or ring?  Contact me! I do offer custom wire-wrapping service in sterling silver and 14K gold-filled wire. If you're interested in having stones set as a pendant, ring, or earrings, or if you have something else in mind, please email me for my current price list.

If you have an arrangement of beads in mind for a ring, bracelet, or pendant please
inquire. As long as I have it I can do it!

I make everything to order; after the payment is made I begin work. Deposits are accepted but work will not begin until the order is paid in full. Custom work is covered under warranty but is non-refundable.

Payment is due in full before work is commenced; this is non-negotiable. Time estimates for completed work vary depending on the quantity of stones in an order. I do not hold a customer's stones for any length of time; please send only what you are willing to have wrapped at one time.

If you resell the jewelry you purchase from me on your own site or venue, I only ask that you reference my name as the maker.

About Me
I am a full time jewelry maker, and I have a BFA in Graphic Design. I have been making jewelry to sell online since 1999. I am very involved in every aspect of my business, from making all the jewelry to designing all my promotional materials, including logos, business cards, website design, etc.

I've had many jobs before realizing my potential in jewelry design, but the one that helped me the most was working as a production artist at Walcutt Art Studio in the mid to late 90's (they used to do Miami Subs murals). As part of of a crew of amazingly talented people, I created many beautiful pieces that hang in houses and spaces all over the country to this day.

Outside of jewelry, going back to school for my BFA in Graphic Design allowed me to accomplish many things I wouldn't have otherwise. I discovered my love of pottery, photography, and printmaking just to name a few. I've dabbled in Fine Silver Clay work (PMC), Essential Oil perfume making, and fiber crafts. I also cut cabochons on occasion. I believe that getting a degree in Graphic Design gave me a huge advantage in the jewelry biz and afforded me an opportunity to explore the world of art beyond what I was already doing.

My productive side combined with my knowledge of design affords me an opportunity to do what I love. I love that others love it too! I am confident in what I am able to create. I offer top quality, skillfully created jewelry for a great price :)

Currently I sell most of my jewelry through eBay and I have acquired a Power Seller and Top Rated Seller status.
Click here to read the feedback that other eBay users have left about me. Please be assured that orders placed through this site will receive the same attention as those placed through eBay.

Here are some of my accomplishments in print:

In 2009 I was invited to be part of Marjorie Oxman's 2010 Wire Art Jewelry Calendar! My Picasso Jasper & Bronzite necklace is featured on the November page, third from left on the bottom row on the cover.

Pisces Ring I was approached by a Women's World Magazine publisher in 2009, and my Pisces Ring was chosen to be published in issue 2 of 2010 for a spread dedicated to zodiac items.

My necklace design Muted Spring has been published in the Fire Mountain Gem full page ad on the back cover of Everyday Gemstones, Winter 2012 issue. "Muted Spring" is a design I entered in Fire Mountain Gems jewelry making contest, and won as a finalist.

Muted Spring has also been published in the Fire Mountain Gem full page ad in the June 2012 issue of Bead Trends magazine!

Muted Spring had it's 3rd feature in Rock & Gem Magazine, March 2013!
