I accept Paypal and money orders.  If you would like to pay with a credit card but don't have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal to process your payment.

There is no charge for shipping; every item on this page is priced as listed, and no additional charges apply (unless you request insurance).  That's right, FREE SHIPPING!  Insurance is available and starts at $1.75 for orders up to $50, (please inquire if over $50).  Insurance must be requested if you would like to add it on.

I do ship outside of the US.  I use Priority Mail International which is $10.95 to Canada & Mexico and $12.95 to all other International locations.  This price is set for an unlimited number of items per order; you can order 1 or 30 items and the shipping charge will be the same.  I only charge the USPS actual PMI shipping rate; nothing more is added to that cost.

Expected shipping times:  
Your order will ship within 1-3 days after I receive the payment.  If you pay through Paypal using an "e-check", shipment will be upon receipt of cleared e-check.  USPS usually delivers in a week or less.  Priority Mail International takes 6-10 days to arrive.

All items are covered with a lifetime warranty.  If your item breaks, bends, if beads crack, or if the item is damaged in any way that does not involve bead loss, I will repair or replace it free of charge.  If the item breaks and there is bead loss, I will work out repairing or replacing the item at a reduced cost, depending on the extent of bead loss.  If for some reason the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.  Custom work is covered under warranty but is non-refundable.

Priority Mail International is required for return shipping on International exchanges or repairs and will be charged to the customer.

Do you have a stone you have always wanted made into a pendant or ring?  I do offer custom wire-wrapping service in sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, and copper wire.  If you're interested in having stones set as a pendant, ring, or earrings, please email me for pricing.  Custom work is covered under warranty but is non-refundable.
